Customer Journey Email Campaign

This customer journey email campaign was created using Constant Contact for St. Margaret Parish. It was strategized and designed by both my mentor Chrissy Kelleher and I.

Welcome! 

A welcoming email letting new parishioners know that they will now be receiving weekly informative emails.

2.

Spiritual Growth 

Targeted to give new parishioners the opportunity to build their faith in the parish.

3.

Ministry Opportunities 

Provides new parishioners with ministry opportunities to become more involved in the parish.

4.

6 Month Update

Providing them with contact information for the office and asking how there experince has been so far.

5.

1 Year Anniversary 

Celebrating 1 year with the parish, parishioner will receive information about a special annivesary gift available to them.
